How to Use 1. Surface Preparation • Ensure the floor is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or grease. • Repair any cracks or holes with concrete filler or epoxy putty before starting. • Note for Tiles: For tiles located above ground level, apply a Moisture Barrier / Concrete Block Primer first to prevent moisture issues. 2. Mixing (Part A + Part B) • Use the mandatory ratio of 2:1 by weight (e.g., Part A 100g : Part B 50g). • Stir thoroughly until the mixture becomes a completely homogeneous consistency. 3. Application • Pour the mixed epoxy onto the prepared area. • Spread evenly using a notched trowel. • Use a spiked roller (bubble breaker) to release trapped air and eliminate bubbles. 4. Curing • Allow the surface to harden for at least 24 hours before light use. • For extra thickness, a second coat can be applied once the first is dry.
