The lower the storage temperature, the longer the matcha stays fresh. - If used regularly, store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 months. - If used infrequently, store it in the freezer for up to 1 year. 2. It is recommended to let the matcha return to room temperature before opening. Otherwise, it can become damp. - From the refrigerator >> Place it until the matcha reaches room temperature. - From the freezer >> Place it in the fridge for 1 hour >> Then let it return to room temperature. 3. After using matcha, before sealing the bag, press out all the air, zip it tightly, and store it in an air-tight container. Then place it back in the fridge or freezer immediately.
