TP Rust Converter is immediately able to stop and convert rusts on the surfaces, which it turns rust (red color) into black (to be discontinuing further rust happening) and protect the surface for corrosion. 2. Clean up all dirt and grease on the surface before applying TP Rust Converter 2. Applying on rusted area 1 – 2 times in order to make sure that TP Rust Converter well covers and penetrate into the surface. 3. Using gloves is suggested. 4. A proper setting time of TP Rust Converter is 2 – 3 hours before using topcoats. 5.
