Tasting Notes
Hibiscus · Pomelo · Mango
Deeply floral on the nose — hibiscus and jasmine-like florals open the cup. As it cools, pomelo citrus brightness builds alongside ripe tropical mango sweetness. Smooth, juicy body with a long, aromatic finish. A textbook Anaerobic Natural from one of Sidama's most expressive terroirs.
About 74158 & Bensa
74158 is a released JARC (Jimma Agricultural Research Centre) cultivar — a selected Ethiopian landrace chosen for its outstanding cup quality and floral-tropical profile. Bensa, in the Sidama zone, sits at high altitude with rich volcanic soil and sharp diurnal temperature shifts, giving its coffees a distinctive brightness and complexity. Anaerobic Natural processing locks in and amplifies all of it.
