Thermal Grizzly establishes threshold values to prevent thermal damage; exceeding them triggers warnings, alarms, and optional shutdowns via the splitter cable. These thresholds are adjustable in the configuration menu. Cooling Contact resistances at plug connections cause power loss and heat in high-performance GPUs. To manage heat, a semi-passive fan runs silently at idle and activates at higher power and temperatures. The CNC aluminum case has ventilation and acts as an active heatsink. User-Friendliness The WireView Pro II has two connector orientations for most 12V 2x6 graphics cards. Its downward-facing design enables tidy cable management and serves as a 90 adapter. It includes an integrated TFT-IPS display with configurable views. Automatic Data Logging Memory logs operating data every 60 seconds, including pin currents, total power, and PCB temperature near T-Out. Holds up to 340 days or 3-4 years of data before overwriting. Supports failure analysis and the development of safer plugs. Extended Warranty and Clarity for the End User To ensure safety, the WireView Pro II provides a 2-year extended warranty beyond statutory and manufacturer guarantees. If damage occurs to the 12VHPWR or 12V-2x6 connectors despite protective features, repairs will be by Thermal Grizzly or an equivalent if repair isn't possible. This applies after the initial warranty. Proper use per the manual and GPU parameters is required for warranty claims.
