This coffee offers a milk chocolate flavor with cacao nib undertones and a nutty, peanut-like taste. It finishes with a light floral aroma and caramel sweetness. The roastery selects this coffee from a high-standard farm, grading it as Grade A, though the beans are not very large (SC 16). The coffee is sourced from the Bolaven Plateau, known locally as Boun Laven or ພູພຽງບໍລະເວນ (Phou Piang Bolaven), named after the ancient Laven tribe. This region is located in Pakxong District, Champasak Province, Laos.
