ลวดเชื่อมเหล็กหล่อ มาตรฐานคุณภาพ (Standard Compliance) ISO9001:2015 Application Standard: AWS A5.15 ENi-CI ISO 1071: ENi-CI JIS Z 3252 DFCNi Cast iron welding rod with pure nickel core and strong reducing graphite coating. Has good crack resistance and processing performance. Application Suitable for repair welding of thin cast iron parts and machined surfaces, such as engine seats, machine tool guide rails, gear seats and other important gray cast iron parts. Welding Position 1G and 2F Instructions The rod should be baked at 80°C-120°C for 1hours before use. The surfaces to be welded must be cleaned away impurities of oil contamination, rust, moisture and so on. When welding, hammering the weld joint to dispel stress around the welding region to avoid crack. To increase ability of crack-resisting and machinable, small current is recommended, meanwhile could reduce impurities to permeate the weld seam from base metal.
