The beans were roasted in multi profiles and then specially blended (Post Blending) for the best flavor in every dimension. It is crafted for Home-Use Coffee Machines, but feels like specialty coffee. It may also be brewed by other means, e.g. Dripping or French Press or Cold Brew and etc., for different tastes. Dark Blue Blend This blend is a very clear mouth-full-flavored coffee compromising of naturally sweetness mixed with the thickness of the full-body coffee and hint of a mild acidity, as if you were in the mood of relaxing and listening to a soul-stirring Blue Music. They were planted in the jungle’s shade and in between the plantation of Miang (a kind of tea plant) in the mountainous areas at the altitude of 1,100 – 1,600 m (MSL) in Tambon Thepsadej, Doi Saket, Chiangmai, Thailand.
