Now, glossy, translucent color means stronger, healthier looking hair. HOW TO USE 1. TOWEL-DRY to 75%, then comb through 2. PART hair into four sections 3. APPLY Cellophanes, avoiding the scalp. 4. WRAP hair in cap and place under heat for 15 – 20 minutes 5.
