Tips :

Shelf Life Tips :
Proper storage of vanilla beans helps maintain their aroma and freshness for longer.
Here are the storage guidelines:
- Avoid storing in the refrigerator as the cool, humid environment can lead to mold growth.
- Vanilla beans should be stored in an airtight container, such as a tightly sealed glass jar, to prevent air and moisture from entering, which could cause the beans to dry out, degrade, or even mold.
- Store at room temperature and avoid direct sunlight. The optimal temperature is around 25°C.
- Use vacuum-sealed food storage bags to keep air out.
- Check the beans periodically. Vanilla beans stored for extended periods may become dry or lose some of their aroma, so it’s a good idea to inspect them regularly.
