These beans exhibit Citrus and Fruity acidity, finishing with the aroma of Hazelnut and a sweet touch of Maple syrup or Caramel. The medium-bodied coffee undergoes the Washed Process to ensure a clean taste and bright acidity. We select beans from the Huehuetenango region in Guatemala, renowned for producing high-quality coffee. The beans are graded SHB, indicating cultivation at altitudes above 1,300 meters. They are further certified as EP or European Preparation, involving meticulous hand-picking to eliminate any defects, low-quality beans, or foreign matter from the green beans. This meticulous process enhances the overall quality.
