The aim is to offer a product as close as possible to a wine profile. Chavin Zero - Syrah Red Tasting notes Beautiful red color with purplish highlights. Aromas of black fruit, nutmeg and licorice, with spicy notes. Production process The vinification and the production process are then carried out traditionally. A de-alcoholisation stage (Spinning Cone) takes place to give Chavin Zéro its full meaning. The non-alcoholic wine is finally bottled, elegantly packaged and then, very simply, served.
