Taste note : UKIFUNE Thin to medium mouth-feeling with a short to medium finish. Ukifune opens very astringent and slightly bitter, with a lovely sweetness and juiciness on the tongue. There are green notes of fresh-cut grass and hay. The marine notes are slightly salty, with hints of nori seaweed. The matcha is fruity, with hints of lemon and raspberry. It is slightly floral, with hints of Osmanthus. Mineral notes of chalk and slightly nutty, with hints of raw hazelnuts.
