Taste note : SAMIDORI 3.0 Mineral notes, chalky and slightly astringency, which turns into pleasant juiciness on the tongue. Medium mouth-feeling and medium finish. This Samidori has notes of cooked artichokes, peas, and green asparagus. Followed by floral notes and hints of vanilla. The pleasant nuttiness of macadamia and cacao nibs gives this matcha a complex flavor profile, followed by a slight saltiness and marine notes of nori seaweed.
